Western Capitals acquire Andersen
The Summerside Western Capitals have acquired defenceman Matthew Andersen for a player development fee.The 2007-born Newmarket, Ontario product stands 6-foot and 174 pounds and brings three seasons of junior hockey experience to Summerside, including two seasons with the Sarnia Sting of the OHL. Last season in the OJHL, he recorded 13 points and 104 penalty minutes with the King Rebellion.
