Donation Requests

The Summerside Western Capitals are proud to support communities and organizations across our province. We look forward to giving back to the community who shows us support and commitment year in, year out. While we would love to contribute to every cause, the volume of requests we receive makes that impossible. To ensure fairness and consistency, we’ve developed the following guidelines for donation requests.

  •  all donation requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to your event
  • one request per organization per year will be conisdered
  • if your request is approved, you will be contacted by email
  • donations must be picked up at the head office of the Western Capitals located at 511 Notre Dame St in the Credit Union Place lobby
  • All applicants must submit the appropriate donation requests form as provided below (ticket, event, monetary)
