The second annual Centennial Classic was a huge success, with the Western Capitals pulling out a huge 7-3 win over the red hot Pictou Crushers. Summerside native Brodie MacArthur set a career high for points in a game with 3 goals and 4 assists to contribute on all 7 goals. Jacob Arsenault got his first goal as a Western Capital on a one timer bomb from MacArthur, rounding out the scoring was Captain TJ Shea, Cam Roberts and Ryan MacDonald. Jesse Annear had his biggest point total of the season adding in three helpers including a great stretch pass on the tape of Dylan Riley who was robbed by Normore, but MacArthur picked up the rebound and finished the goal off. Next action for the Western Capitals is this Friday, as they hit the road to take on the Campbellton Tigers, and back at home on Saturday against the Miramichi Timberwolves, puck drop set for 7pm.
